New-Gen Maruti Swift

Maruti Suzuki Swift will launch in 2024. It’s one of the most awaited small cars in the country. New hatchback model will be fuel-efficient. Toyota’s strong hybrid technology will be used in the 2024 Maruti Swift. A fuel efficiency of 35kmpl – 40kmpl is ARAI-certified. It will be powered by the same motor as the current model.

Tata Altroz EV

Tata Motors will launch the Altroz premium hatchback electrically in 2023. The Tata Altroz EV will feature a closed grille, a different front and rear bumper, air dams with a star pattern, blacked-out tailgate, and a repositioned badge on the tailgate. There could be lighter upholstery and a rotary gear selector in the electric hatch. Tata’s Altroz EV will use its updated Ziptron electric powertrain that’s offered on the Nexon EV. However, battery pack capacity, power figures, and range may vary.

New-Gen Tata Tiago

A new-generation Tata Tiago is expected to hit the road soon. With the new hatchback, the existing Alfa platform will be replaced with the modular Alfa platform. It supports a variety of body styles and powertrains. The Tata Tiago might be equipped with some advanced features to increase its comfort quotient.

MG Air EV

The MG Air EV India launch is scheduled for early 2023. The electric vehicle will be showcased at the Delhi Auto Expo in January. Initially, it will cost Rs 10 lakh. A 40bhp electric motor will be powered by a 20kWh-25kWh battery pack. It will also have lithium iron phosphate cells and offer a range of 150km. The system will be FWD (front-wheel drive).

Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Facelift

Hyundai will update its Grand i10 Nios hatchback next year. With the new version, there will be a slightly revised front grille, LED headlamps, an updated rear bumper and new taillamps. The interior theme and upholstery could be updated.Hyundai Grand i10 Nios facelift 2023 will likely come with the same 1.2L NA, 1.0L turbo petrol and 1.2L petrol CNG engines.

Citroen C3 EV

Citroen C3 EV was scheduled to debut on 29th September 2022. It should arrive early next year. Citroen C3 EV might come with a 50kWh battery pack like the Peugeot e-208. The engine delivers 136PS and 260Nm of torque. Citroen’s electric car will have a range of over 350km (WLTP claimed). Interior and exterior changes could be made for EVs.
